  • Engineering Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Computer Science
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to effectively problem solve
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

OR

Skill Set #2:

 

  • Experience as Maintenance Supervisor within the RCAF aircraft maintenance environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Airworthiness
  • Quality Management expertise
